In 2001, actress Bonnie Wright starred as Ginny Weasley Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. This marked her acting debut. She next appeared in the TV movie Stranded. She went on to reprise her role as Ginny in the sequels Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. For her, mental exercise is as important as the physical one. And meditative exercises can also be beneficial not only mentally but physically, too. In an interview, she talked about her fitness habits and principles.
“I would say in the last two and a half years, I finally have a really great relationship with exercise, which is entirely because it’s the best stress reliever. That natural release of endorphins is so great. Right now, I’ve got quite a lot of stress and tiredness from this project I’m currently working on, so I don’t kill myself over trying to exercise. I’ve just been doing yoga three to four times a week,” she revealed.
